Lambeth Scientific Services Limited is an established consultancy based in Chessington, Surrey and we have been UKAS accredited since 1995. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all types of Asbestos Air Monitoring and 4 Stage Clearances in accordance with HSG248 guidance and in-house procedures on Client’s sites.
- Maintain effective communications between Clients, Contactors, Other representatives, and members of the public.
- Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies and procedures, always maintaining a professional approach.
- Participate in the internal Quality Control program and the external RICE scheme.
Requirements:
- BOHS P403 & P404, or RSPH Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Asbestos regulations and associated guidance, including HSG248.
- Excellent risk assessment and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites within London and the South East.
- BOHS P402 would be an advantage.
- Must be qualified to P403/404/RSPH. Additional P402 qualification would be an advantage but not necessary.
